About Coffee & Thyme
Coffee and Thyme is Gili Air's most respected specialty coffee destination. The programme features single-origin beans from Flores, Sulawesi, Java, and Bali, prepared as espresso, pour-over, cold brew, or signature coffee cocktails. The brunch menu is outstanding: thick acai bowls topped with fresh fruit and coconut, fluffy pancakes with caramelised banana, avocado toast with poached eggs, and proper eggs benedict.
The interior is bright and airy with plants, natural wood, and comfortable seating. Fast Wi-Fi and power outlets make it the unofficial co-working space of the island. Mornings get busy, so arrive early for the best seats.
