Cycling Around the Islands
Each island can be circled by bicycle in an hour or less. The paths are flat (if a little sandy in places), and there are no cars or motorbikes to dodge. Stop for a coconut, take a detour to a quiet beach, and enjoy the freedom of pedalling at your own pace.

Night Markets & Street Food
As the sun sets, the main strip on Gili Trawangan transforms into an open-air food market. Freshly caught fish and seafood are grilled on charcoal right in front of you. Choose your catch, pick your sides, and eat on plastic chairs under the stars. It is one of the best meals you will have in Indonesia.

The western shores of all three islands face Bali and Mount Agung, creating a dramatic backdrop for sunset. On Trawangan, the beach swings are the iconic spot. On Meno and Air, the sunsets are quieter but just as spectacular.
