Scallywags Organic Village brings the famous Scallywags formula to Gili Air with an added focus on organic and sustainable ingredients. The beachfront restaurant on the south coast features the same legendary seafood BBQ and salad bar concept that made the Trawangan and Senggigi branches famous, with fresh catch of the day grilled to order over charcoal. Where this outlet differs is in the organic garden they maintain on-site, supplying many of the salads, herbs, and vegetables used in the kitchen.
The beachfront setup is beautiful, with tables in the sand and fairy lights, and the quality is consistently high.
