About Freedive Gili

Freedive Gili is one of Asia's top freediving schools and has its main Gili Air location in addition to the Trawangan site. The warm, calm waters around the Gilis offer near-perfect freediving conditions with visibility often exceeding 25 metres and minimal currents. Courses are offered under both SSI and AIDA certification agencies, from beginner level 1 (learning breath-hold, equalisation, safety) through advanced and instructor levels.

The school integrates yoga and pranayama breathing techniques with freediving training, recognising that relaxation and body awareness are as important as technique. Small class sizes ensure personal attention throughout.
