About Pondok Santay
Pondok Santay is a budget-focused bungalow guesthouse tucked slightly inland from the east coast jetty area. The rooms are simple (fans, basic bathrooms, mosquito nets) but clean and well-maintained by the local family who runs it. Prices are among the lowest on the island, making it a favourite with backpackers and long-term travellers on a budget.
The small common area encourages casual socialising, and the central location means restaurants and the beach are an easy walk away. Cash only.
