Coffee and Thyme expanded from its popular Gili Air location to bring the same specialty coffee experience to Trawangan. The coffee programme features single-origin beans from across Indonesia, prepared as espresso, pour-over, or cold brew. The brunch menu reads like a greatest hits: acai bowls, smoothie bowls, eggs benedict, avocado toast, and proper pancakes.
The interior is bright and plant-filled, with natural wood and comfortable seating. Fast Wi-Fi makes it a popular work spot, though the morning rush can make seats hard to find.
