About Freedive Gili
Freedive Gili is the specialist freediving school that helped put Trawangan on the map as a world-class breath-hold diving destination. The warm, calm waters around the Gilis offer near-perfect conditions: visibility often exceeds 25 metres, currents are minimal, and the depth drops off quickly from a safe training area. Courses are offered under both AIDA and SSI certification agencies, from beginner (breath-hold techniques, equalisation, and safety) through to advanced and instructor levels.
The school integrates yoga and pranayama breathing practices with the freediving curriculum, recognising that relaxation and body awareness are as important as technique.
