About Gili Yoga
Gili Yoga is the yoga studio attached to Manta Dive, providing a beautiful counterpoint to diving with classes that emphasise breath, flow, and recovery. The shala is built from bamboo and natural materials, open to the garden on all sides. Classes run multiple times daily, covering Vinyasa Flow (energising), Yin (deep stretch and release), and guided meditation.
Drop-in students are welcome, and multi-class packages are available. The teachers are experienced and often combine yoga training with a background in freediving or marine biology. Classes are suitable for all levels.
