The menu pulls from both Western and Asian influences, and the ingredients are sourced daily. A short walk along the sand from BASK, Pomona brings an entirely different energy. This is Latin-inspired beachfront dining built around open-fire cooking, bold South American flavours, and family-style sharing plates. Everything on the menu is 100% gluten free, and the plant-based selection is one of the strongest on the islands. The ceviche mixto, the soft shell crab arepas, and the picanha steak are all worth the boat ride alone.
