About Gili Coffee Roastery
Gili Coffee Roastery is the serious coffee destination on Trawangan. The small roastery at the back of the shop processes green beans from Flores, Sulawesi, Java, and Bali in small batches, supplying the cafe with fresh beans for espresso and pour-over brewing. The result is coffee with clear origin character: fruity, floral, or chocolatey depending on the beans.
The barista will happily walk you through the options if you are curious. Beans are also sold by the bag for people who want to take some home. Light snacks and pastries are available but the focus is firmly on the coffee.
